6 items you'll need to get a loan

I'm excited to hear you are ready to purchase your next home! The process is so much easier then you think! With some basic items listed below I can get you ready to be out  and on the market shopping in no time! I will look at your income and expenses, talk to you about your goals and we will make a plan together to ensure you get the best rate and loan product for you.

Items You Will Need for your Loan

1. Drivers License

We will need a copy of IDs from each applicant on the loan

2. 1 month of Pay Check Stubs

1 full consecutive months worth of paycheck stubs, pension statement, or social security benefit paperwork. If you receive child support or Alimony Court Paperwork is required

3. W2s or 1099s

Please provide 2 years worth of W2s and or 1099s for each applicant

4. Bank Statements

2 months of Bank statements and 401k statements are needed once you have an accepted offer! But these are not required for a preapproval

5. Bad Credit?

Had a foreclosure or Bankruptcy? You may still be able to apply. Don't keep it to yourself, let me know.

6. Self Employed?

If you are self employed, commissioned or have renters in an investment property I will need 2 years of federal income tax as well.
